The King Cake Cookies were the inspiration of Snookies Cookies General Manager and New Orleans native Brigitte Pailet. “I’ve always been a huge King Cake fan,” stated Pailet. “Ever since I was a kid, the King Cake was my favorite Mardi Gras tradition. With a bakery at her fingertips, she decided to roll up her sleeves and create a cookie version of the popular cake.
